Include the product name and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or highly sensitive journal content.
Accounts and access
Self Bank accounts, email verification, password recovery, and cloud sync are available during public beta. Most requests receive a reply within three business days.
Billing and refunds
Paid checkout will open after payment review. When billing begins, purchase receipts and the customer portal will provide subscription management. Refund requests follow our published policy.
