1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing Flowlax or creating a Self Bank account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Self Bank is available only to people aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Product purpose
Self Bank is a self-guided habit-support and reflection tool. It provides check-ins, records, exercises, and educational practice content. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medication advice, emergency support, or a guarantee of any health or behavior outcome. It is not a financial service. The word Bank is part of the product name only.
3. Accounts
You must provide an email address you control, keep login credentials confidential, and use one account only for yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require email verification and may limit, suspend, or close accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
4. Public beta and availability
Self Bank is currently in public beta. Features may change as we improve reliability, privacy, and usability. We may perform maintenance, correct errors, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will avoid removing paid access without a reasonable remedy where required.
5. Plans, billing, and renewal
The published launch prices are USD $9.90 per month and USD $59.90 per year. Paid checkout will open after payment review. When subscriptions become available, CREEM will act as merchant of record, process payment details, calculate applicable taxes, issue receipts, and manage billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled. Price or plan changes will be shown before they apply to a new purchase or renewal where notice is required.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before the next renewal through the customer portal provided with the purchase receipt or another available account control. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and access normally continues through the paid period. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any stronger rights required by applicable law.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, violate law, or use the product to harm others. Do not place another person's sensitive information in your private records without a lawful reason and their appropriate permission.
8. Your content and our materials
You keep ownership of content you enter. You give Flowlax the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content only to operate and improve the service. Flowlax retains rights in its product design, branding, software, exercises, and original practice content. These Terms do not transfer either party's ownership to the other.
9. Third-party services
The service relies on providers including Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, and CREEM. Their services may have separate terms. Flowlax is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations under applicable law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that every feature will meet every need or produce a particular outcome. Flowlax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the product, pricing, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented through the website, product, or account email when appropriate.
